About Us

OkiSoul Coffee is a veteran owned business.  The owner is a Marine veteran known by many as Hulk Marine.  Hulk started drinking coffee while in the Marine Corps.  He realized that coffee was a mainstay in military culture. It often showed up as a necessity in all aspects of military life. Most of the time they drank out of a can that just said "coffee" on the side.  It was quite generic.  This inspired Hulk to  become sort of a coffee connoisseur and always searching for good coffee. 

The Idea of starting a coffee company started when Hulk met a Gunnery Sgt in the Marine Corps that had access to coffee all over the world.  This was an opportunity to offer good coffee to everyone.  Making good coffee accessible to people all over the world is a mission of OkiSoul. 

OkiSoul coffee comes from sustainable sources.  We are sustainable from farm to cup.  Our coffee comes from family owned coffee farms around the world.  The workers of these farms are treated fairly and paid fair wages.  We are committed to only working with farms and distributors that use sustainable practices and protect the welfare of their workers.  

Why OkiSOul?  Well the idea for a coffee company arose in Okinawa Japan.  Okinawan's have Big Souls.  Oki means big.  Hulk wanted to keep the laid back and giving nature of Okinawan's as a driving force for the mission of the company.  Inclusion, happiness, and freedom are healthy for the soul.  So have an OkiSoul to start your day.
